Stroke affected patient helped to relocate by Punarjani

Shri Aliparambath Azeez, from Thalassery, Kerala (57) is being sent to Indira Gandhi Co-Op. Hospital, Thalassery for further treatment on 16 August 2019 from Doha Qatar

He was admitted in Rumaila hospital, as his roommates found him in the bathroom in an unconscious condition. They rushed him to HMC Emergency and diagnosed as a massive stroke. Thanks to the dedicated service of the staff and excellent medical care received from the Rumaila Hospital he returned to normal life within a short time.

As advised by the Doctors, Punarjani volunteers arranged Business Class (for patient support) tickets for him and his son for accompanying him (as he needed Wheel Chair assistance), with the help of KMCC Kannur, ICBF and Embassy of India.
Team Punarjani was taking care of him since he was admitted to the hospital. They have helped complete all formalities for his travel and also arranged local Ambulance Service from Kozhikode airport to Indira Gandhi Co-operative Hospital with the help of Norka Roots.

We appreciate the assistance of the medical team of Rumaila hospital and other staff for their wholehearted support.
We pray almighty to provide a happy, healthy and peaceful long life to Shri.Azeez.
